The following chart contains leg and arm warmers' sizing information. If you don't know your body measurements, follow the provided measuring instructions and then find your measurements in the size chart.
HOW TO MEASURE
ARM LENGTH: Measure from the end of the shoulder, over the elbow and to the wrist bone.
BICEP: Measure around the widest part of upper arm, located approximately half way between the shoulder and elbow.
INSIDE LEG: Take a pair of pants that fit you well and measure along the seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
THIGH: Measure around the fullest part of the thigh, high up on the leg, just below the crotch.

Great leg warmers, they fit well without falling off. I would say size is slightly tighter than indicated, which worked in my favor because according to the size chart, I would be around a medium, but could only get large.
