Thank you for purchasing from Donkey Label. We hold ourselves to high standards and are confident that you’ll be pleased with your purchase.
We understand that when buying performance apparel, it’s difficult to truly test fit and function in a dressing room. That’s why we encourage you to ride in our bibs and experience them firsthand.
After a few rides, we believe you’ll be convinced of the fit, finish, and feel and be well on your way to better rides. However, if you decide they’re not right for you, we’ll accept them for a full refund and donate your bibs to junior racers or kids in need who want to start riding.
A couple of details:
Bibs must be purchased directly from our website so we can verify the order number.
The Bib Short Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS.
In-stock items ship together within 4–5 business days of placing your order.
If your order includes pre-order or crowd-funded items, those will ship separately when available at no additional cost.

International Shipping
International orders ship via USPS (standard) or UPS (expedited).
Delivery typically takes 5–21 business days, depending on customs.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.
RETURNS
Process
We offer a 90-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Exchanges may take up to two weeks to process

- Items being returned or exchanged
- Order number
- Refund or exchange request
- Reason for return (e.g., sizing issue, style/color, incorrect item, defective item, unexpected marmot, or other)
