Thank you for purchasing from Donkey Label. We hold ourselves to high standards and are confident that you’ll be pleased with your purchase. We also realize that when it comes to buying performance apparel it is difficult to truly test the fit and the function in a dressing room. We are confident that once you ride in our bibs you will love them but we want you to ride in them and feel for yourself. After a couple of rides you will be convinced of the fit, finish and feel and will be well on your way to better rides. If after trying them you want to send them back, we will take them for a full refund and donate your bibs to JR racers or kids in need that want to start riding.
A couple of details:
The bibs must be directly purchased from us through our website. We need to be able to verify the order number.
The bib short guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
Simplicity - that is our plan. Our average cost to ship something domestically is $7.37. We figured we would split it with you (and round down in your favor). Simple as that. No complex formula or cart size required.
All domestic orders ship through UPS or USPS. All in-stock products will ship together within two business days of placing your order. If your order contains pre-order or crowd-funded product(s), they will ship separately when the product is available, at no additional cost to you. No P.O. Box orders, please.
We ship international packages via USPS (standard) or UPS (expedited). Delivery typically takes between five and 21 business days, depending on customs. Duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
Please note that we have a 90-day return/exchange policy (from the day you received your order.) Items must be unworn and unwashed. Exchanges can take up to two weeks to process.

-Whether you’d like a refund or exchange for a different product
-Reason for return. Some possible options: item did not fit, unhappy with style/color, received incorrect product, item was defective, there was a live marmot in the box, other.
