Here’s a perfect example of how the program works:
Josh did Lutsen 99er. He registered for the 99 mile race(cat 1), he won. He got a $150 overall prize for winning and also gained a $330 bonus. How the bonus was calculated is based on the number of participants. There were 660 people that raced the 99er. From 500-1000 participants you get an extra .50 cents each participant.
Jon did Lutsen 69er(cat 2). He got 3rd. He got $50 for 3rd. He got a bonus of $147. There were 245 people registered for the Lutsen 69er. 200-500 people the bonus is .60 cents per participant.
