If your body measurement is between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your body measurement for chest, waist, and hips result in different suggested sizes, order the size that corresponds to your bust measurement for tops and hip measurement for bottoms.
Not everyone's down with the tight fit of a cycling jersey. Even those of us who are will sometimes want something baggier and a little more casual for some singletrack or a ride to the taproom, but still packed with thoughtful design and technical features. Informed by those design requirements, we set out to refine our Lake Street Tech Tee and create the ultimate workout, mountain bike, commute, and casual tee.
We first settled on the perfect fabric, a merino blend that was light, stretchy, and soft, but that would allow us to apply dye sublimated artwork and be tough enough to take some of the abuse we intended to put the shirts through on the trail. Next, we took a long, hard look at the Lake Street Tech Tee pattern to see where we could improve it and make the most of our new fabric. That lead to us dropping the tail just a bit more than on the Lake Street, helping you keep it modest on the bike, at the gym, or out doing yard work. We also tucked the width of the shirt in just a bit right above the hips, keeping a loose-but-not-baggy fit that won't blow in the breeze. Finally, we switched from a v-neck to a crew neck for style points.
