Men's Size Chart
The following chart contains Men's sizing information. If you don't know your body measurements, follow the provided measuring instructions and then find your measurements in the size chart.
HOW TO MEASURE
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
ARM LENGTH: Measure from the end of the shoulder, over the elbow and to the wrist bone.
BACK LENGTH: Measure from center back base of neck to natural waist.
HIP: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
INSIDE LEG: Take a pair of pants that fit you well and measure along the seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
If your body measurement is between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your body measurement for chest, waist, and hips result in different suggested sizes, order the size that corresponds to your bust measurement for tops and hip measurement for bottoms.
Women's Size Chart
The following chart contains Women's sizing information. If you don't know your body measurements, follow the provided measuring instructions and then find your measurements in the size chart.
HOW TO MEASURE
BUST: Measure around the fullest part, across bust points, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
HIP: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
BACK LENGTH: Measure from center back base of neck to natural waist.
ARM LENGTH: Measure from the end of the shoulder, over the elbow and to the wrist bone.
INSIDE LEG: Take a pair of pants that fit you well and measure along the seam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
TORSO: Run a tape measure full circle from a point on the shoulder midway between the neck base and the shoulder joint, over the fullest part of the bust, down the center of the crotch and back up to the starting point.
BICEP: Measure around the widest part of upper arm, located approximately half way between the shoulder and elbow.
THIGH: Measure around the fullest part of the thigh, high up on the leg, just below the crotch.
